COLOMBIA: SPECIAL TRIBUTE TO THE NOBELIZER GARCÍA MÁRQUEZ TRADITIONAL DAY OF THE JOURNALIST

Al Nobel de literatura Gabriel García Márquez, recibido el 10 de diciembre de 1982, luego de cuatro décadas, son muchos los tributos que merece; con tal motivo, en el marco de la conmemoración del Día del Periodista, febrero 09, en el 2022 y en la presente anualidad, 2023, se le han rendido sendos reconocimientos a su vida y obra y a personas naturales y organizaciones, tanto de periodistas como de juristas, que hacen en sus vidas lo necesario para dar a conocer cuanto nos legó GABO, cariñosamente conocido así universalmente.

To the Nobel Prize for Literature Gabriel García Márquez, received on December 10, 1982, after four decades, there are many tributes he deserves; For this reason, within the framework of the commemoration of Journalist’s Day, February 09, in 2022 and in this year, 2023, two separate acknowledgments have been given to his life and work and to natural persons and organizations, both journalists and of jurists, who do in their lives what is necessary to make known what GABO bequeathed to us, affectionately known as this universally.

El Centro Cultural Gabriel García Márquez, ubicado en el barrio La Candelaria, en el corazón de la capital colombiana, la icónica Bogotá, financiado por el Fondo de Cultura Económica de México, ha sido el epicentro tan gratas ceremonias, con las que se busca reubicar en su justa dimensión al cataqueño, oriundo de Aracataca, Magdalena, municipio que alberga muchos de sus recuerdos de infancia junto a sus abuelos, con quienes convivió en sus primeros años de existencia.

A los tributos a García Márquez se sumó, en el cursante año 2023, la celebración de los primeros quince años del Centro Cultural Gabriel García Márquez, motivo por el cual se le hizo su reconocimiento a este templo de la cultura, por medio de su directora, Gabriela Roca, quien expresó su satisfacción en nombre del Fondo de Cultura Económica, y del mismo Centro Cultural.

Así mismo, “El Profe” Julio Adán Hernández, como se le conoce en el Caribe colombiano, nos compartió sus experiencias en más de cuatro fructíferas décadas en sus proyectos y realizaciones alrededor de Voz Infantil/Hola Juventud, formando periodistas éticos y bien cualificados desde sus tiernas edades de infantes y jóvenes; incluyendo su más reciente proyecto: Autonomía Infantil, el primero en Radio Ya, emisora que emite su señal por la frecuencia AM, de su propiedad, y el segundo en La Nueva, emisora en FM, de la Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, ambas en “La Puerta de Oro de Colombia”, Barranquilla.

En la interrelación COLOMBO/MEXICANA, en torno al Nobel de literatura cataqueño, se sumó la de los aspectos jurídicos en las obras literarias de Gabo, por ello, la intervención del Presidente del Colegio de Abogados Procesalistas de México, licenciado Alfonso Jaime Martínez Lazcano, fue atinada y atinente en tal sentido.

Ana Betty Cárdenas Herrera, expuso su experiencia en relación con la juridicidad de las obras de Gabriel García Márquez, contando que, en especializaciones, maestrías y doctorados, el Dr. Jairo Parra Quijano, presidente del Instituto Colombiano de Derecho Procesal, exigía la lectura de cinco obras del Nobel de literatura y les encontraran las pruebas propias de los procesos judiciales.

Next, Dr. Ana Betty Cárdenas Herrera, explained her experience in relation to the legality of the works of Gabriel García Márquez, telling that, in specializations, master’s degrees and doctorates, Dr. Jairo Parra Quijano, president of the Colombian Institute of Law Procedural, required the reading of five works of the Nobel Prize in Literature and they found the evidence of the judicial processes.

Así también, el Director del Programa de Derecho de la Universidad San Martín, Eduardo Kronfly David, hizo su intervención destacando la trascendencia del periodismo y el papel de la ética en ésta y demás profesiones u oficios.

En el marco del evento, el Personero distrital de Bogotá, Julián Enrique Pinilla Malagón, fue galardonado con la Gran Cruz de la Democracia, Alta distinción, Honor, Dignidad y Gloria, Gabriel García Márquez, por divulgar en sus canales y redes sociales lo concerniente a la promoción y defensor de los Derechos Humanos.

Within the framework of the event, the District Ombudsman of Bogotá, Julián Enrique Pinilla Malagón, was awarded the Grand Cross of Democracy, High Distinction, Honor, Dignity and Glory, Gabriel García Márquez, for disclosing on his channels and social networks what concerns to the promotion and defender of Human Rights.

Además, la Dra. Paula Guzmán, abogada y periodista, miembro de la Federación Nacional de Prensa, FENALPRENSA, participó del evento haciendo unas reflexiones en torno al derecho y el periodismo, con enfoque en García Márquez.

In addition, Dr. Paula Guzmán, lawyer and journalist, member of the National Press Federation, FENALPRENSA, participated in the event making some reflections on law and journalism, with a focus on García Márquez.

La clausura del evento corrió por cuenta de la reconocida folclorista del Chocó, Noency Mosquera Martínez, quien estuvo entre las 30 Mujeres exitosas LATAM 2022, revelación de los premios VENTIVI WORD 2022.  a quien le llaman el Bongó de Bojayá, por sus cantos a la Paz y a la resiliencia de tantos conflictos armados vividos en su territorio.

The event was closed by the renowned Chocó folklorist, Noency Mosquera Martínez, who was among the 30 LATAM 2022 Successful Women, revelation of the VENTIVI WORD 2022 awards. who is called the Bongó de Bojayá, for her songs to the Peace and the resilience of so many armed conflicts experienced in its territory.
