Al borde mismo de la decadencia, ese fenómeno de la conversación social -quiero decir las cuestiones que en determinadas circunstancias se priorizan en encuentros de amigos, charlas ocasionales en sitios públicos, lugares de encuentro y, sobre todo, las mal queridas redes sociales- tiene estos días una cuestión central: la fecha de fundación de Montevideo.
