El país –y más notoriamente Montevideo- está viendo como con rapidez no imaginada se propaga la violencia adolescente o juvenil, tomando como centro los establecimientos docentes.

La acción de grupos que podríamos llamar tribus sin avergonzarnos, dispuestas a ejercer un poder cuasi animal sobre los demás, no es un fenómeno novedoso; lo que asusta son las dimensiones que ha tomado y ciertas características de sus acciones. Esas instituciones ya tienen nombres, integrantes supuestamente preparados y están en actividad: los resultados, cuya inutilidad no alcanzo a explicarme, es un espantoso peloteo de goles en contra.
