Hugo Carvajal mejor conocido como «El Pollo Carvajal», fue  jefe de la Inteligencia Militar Venezolana y «hombre de poder» dentro de las filas Chavistas. Supuestamente  financió a líderes políticos de la región de Sudamérica y áreas limítrofes con dinero manchado de  «negocios turbios»…»El tira y jala» de «la nueva novela política»…. Resulta que El Pollo Carvajal este «prominente corrupto del chavismo», está cantando más que un gallo kikiriki a las 5:00 am.
