EDITORIAL: SPEARHEAD THE CHILD ON A BICYCLE

Cuando olvidamos la historia, nos condenamos, repitiendo sus errores nuevamente. Nunca le des la oportunidad al comunismo. Y.. a Santos, hay que hacerle un juicio político, por traicion a la patria. 

When we forget history, we condemn ourselves, repeating its mistakes again. Never give communism a chance. And … Santos, we must make a political trial, for treason.

Uno de los crímenes más atroces que han cometido los terroristas de las FARC en Colombia, grupo de sediciosos protegidos por Juan Manuel Santos Calderón, con su alcahueta proceso de paz, y el peligroso piquete de sinvergüenzas,  que ayudan y escoltan al  candidato Gustavo  Petro, fue aquel, en que los subversivos miserables, desalmados, valiéndose de la inocencia de un niño de escasos diez años de edad, de nombre Erwin Orlando Ropero Serrano, fue escogido al azar, para cometer un atentado contra un comando del ejército colombiano.

One of the most atrocious crimes committed by the FARC terrorists in Colombia, a group of seditious protected by Juan Manuel Santos Calderón, with his pimp peace process, and the dangerous picket of scoundrels, who help and escort the candidate Gustavo Petro, was the one in which the miserable subversives, heartless, using the innocence of a child of barely ten years of age, named Erwin Orlando Ropero Serrano, was chosen at random to commit an attack against a Colombian army commando.

Este jovencito, conjuntamente con un familiar, al parecer un primo hermano, de su misma edad, se dirigían a una cafetería, donde debería comprar el pan y la leche, para el desayuno de sus abuelos. Cuando caminaban con destino al establecimiento comercial, fueron interceptado por un sujeto, que no revestía ninguna presencia anormal, ni menos peligrosa. Este, abordó a Erwin, y le dijo con la mayor naturalidad y aparente cariño: Niño, ¿podrías hacerme el favor de llevar esta encomienda al comando del ejército que está en aquella esquina? El niño, un tanto pensativo, expresó su duda, la que despejó, cuando el individuo le dijo: Te ganas mil pesos, y la bicicleta. Este, con los ojos abiertos de la felicidad, y con un rostro de emoción incontrolable, se montó y comenzó a pedalear desaforadamente, con destino al puesto de control de los militares.

This young man, together with a relative, apparently a first cousin, of the same age, were going to a cafeteria, where he should buy bread and milk, for his grandparents’ breakfast. When they were walking towards the commercial establishment, they were intercepted by a subject, who did not have any abnormal presence, nor less dangerous. This one, approached Erwin, and said to him with the greatest naturalness and apparent affection: Child, could you do me the favor of taking this assignment to the army command that is on that corner? The boy, somewhat pensive, expressed his doubt, which he cleared up, when the individual told him: You earn a thousand pesos, and the bicycle. The latter, with eyes wide with happiness, and with a face of uncontrollable emotion, got on and began pedaling wildly, bound for the military checkpoint.

Seguramente, el jovencito pensaba durante el camino, en medio de su alegría e inocencia, que sus abuelos se pondrían muy contentos, al llevarles la sorpresa de la bicicleta, que muchas veces añoró, y que a lo mejor estaría en sus cálculos de la navidad, para que el niño Dios se la regalara. Allí llevaba sus mil pesos, más de lo que diariamente lograba ganar, y que, sumados a sus mandaditos, la suma aumentaba.

Surely, the young man thought on the way, in the midst of his joy and innocence, that his grandparents would be very happy,
by bringing them the surprise of the bicycle, which he longed for many times, and which might be in his Christmas calculations, so that the child God would give it to him. There he carried his thousand pesos, more than what he managed to earn daily, and that, added to his errands, the sum increased.

¡Que tristeza!  Y lo que es de costoso, el precio de la inocencia. – Jamás, pensó, que quien le proponía el negocio tan atractivo, era un miembro del frente 10 de esa organización criminal, farc, tan sanguinario, como todos sus frentes, y sus aliados de armas como los del M19 y el E.L.N. El niño llego al puesto de control militar, y no había alcanzado a poner el pie sobre la tierra para bajarse y hacer entrega de la encomienda, cuando el siniestro asesino, accionó la bomba a control remoto, haciendo pedacitos a Erwin, y lesionando a varios militares. 

How sad! And what is expensive, the price of innocence.  Never, he thought, that the person proposing such an attractive business was a member of front 10 of that criminal organization, farc, as bloodthirsty, like all its fronts, and its allies in arms like those of the M19 and the E.L.N. The boy arrived at the military checkpoint, and had not managed to set foot on the ground to get off and deliver the package, when the sinister assassin operated the remote-controlled bomb, tearing Erwin to pieces, and injuring several military.

Sus abuelos, al enterarse de la noticia, y de las migajas del cuerpo que estaban esparcidos por el área, perdieron el habla, y se auto condenaron a la tristeza y el encierro. El caso de Erwin, no es único, son muchos casos de niños desaparecidos, y la justicia colombiana, ha sido inoperante, porque, Juan Manuel Santos, la maniató de tal manera, que le puso de mampara, a la JEP, que representa la justicia especial para la paz, que no es otra cosa, que un organismo especializado en defender la impunidad. ¿Cómo podría el pueblo de Colombia, votar entonces por Petro? Solo, mentes en su cabalidad, saben que seguir el rumbo de Santos y Petro, es convertir a Colombia en Venezuela o Cuba.

His grandparents, upon hearing the news, and the body crumbs that were scattered around the area, lost their speech, and condemned themselves to sadness and confinement. Erwin’s case is not unique, there are many cases of disappeared children, and the Colombian justice system has been inoperative, because, Juan Manuel Santos, handcuffed her in such a way that he put a screen on her, to the JEP, which represents the special justice for peace, which is nothing other than a specialized body to defend impunity. How could the people of Colombia vote for Petro then? Only, minds in their fullness, they know that following the course of Santos and Petro, is to turn Colombia into Venezuela or Cuba.

Sé Cabal, piensa bien.
