A leadership and holistic development project for women is preparing for its launch in Cartago, Valle del Cauca, with a free event that invites women to recognize their own worth, discover their potential, and build a life with purpose.

Cartago, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. — Con la convicción de que toda mujer puede transformar su historia y convertirse en protagonista de su futuro, nace TRANSFORMADAS, Mujeres que inspiran, una iniciativa impulsada por siete mujeres profesionales que unen conocimientos, experiencias y vocación de servicio para acompañar a otras mujeres en sus procesos de crecimiento y transformación integral.

Cartago, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. — Driven by the conviction that every woman can transform her own story and take charge of her future, *TRANSFORMADAS: Mujeres que inspiran* («TRANSFORMED: Women Who Inspire») has been established. This initiative is led by seven professional women who have combined their knowledge, experience, and commitment to service to support other women through their personal growth and holistic transformation.

El proyecto propone espacios de encuentro, aprendizaje y construcción colectiva que fortalecen la identidad, la autoestima, el liderazgo, la autonomía y el propósito de vida, desde una mirada que comprende las dimensiones personal, emocional, espiritual, familiar, social y profesional.

The project offers spaces for connection, learning, and collective development—strengthening identity, self-esteem, leadership, autonomy, and life purpose. It approaches these areas by considering the personal, emotional, spiritual, familial, social, and professional dimensions of a woman’s life.

Las siete integrantes de TRANSFORMADAS comparten la decisión de poner sus talentos y trayectorias al servicio de otras mujeres. Por medio de talleres, encuentros y experiencias formativas, buscan promover el autoconocimiento, la toma de decisiones conscientes y el desarrollo de herramientas prácticas para afrontar los desafíos cotidianos. Más que impartir conferencias, aspiran a consolidar una comunidad basada en la escucha, el respeto, la inspiración y el acompañamiento mutuo.

The seven members of *TRANSFORMADAS* are united by a commitment to dedicate their talents and professional backgrounds to the service of other women. Through workshops, gatherings, and educational experiences, they aim to foster self-awareness, conscious decision-making, and the development of practical tools for navigating daily challenges. Rather than simply delivering lectures, they aspire to build a community rooted in active listening, mutual respect, inspiration, and ongoing support.

CARTAGO: HOSTING THE FREE LAUNCH EVENT

Como primera actividad abierta a la comunidad, TRANSFORMADAS prepara un evento gratuito en Cartago, Valle del Cauca. El encuentro permitirá presentar el proyecto y su propuesta formativa, que incluye el taller «La mujer que decido ser», orientado al reconocimiento del propio valor, el bienestar integral, los hábitos conscientes y la construcción de un proyecto de vida con sentido y propósito.

As its first public activity, *TRANSFORMADAS* is organizing a free event in Cartago, Valle del Cauca. This gathering will serve to introduce the project and its educational offerings—including the workshop «The Woman I Choose to Be» (*La mujer que decido ser*). This workshop focuses on recognizing one’s own worth, fostering holistic well-being, cultivating conscious habits, and building a meaningful, purpose-driven life.

La iniciativa parte de una premisa: transformarse no significa buscar la perfección, sino reconocer las propias capacidades y asumir decisiones que permitan avanzar. Bajo el lema «Mujeres que inspiran», la invitación se extiende a mujeres de distintas edades y trayectorias que deseen aprender, compartir experiencias y contribuir positivamente a sus familias y comunidades.

The initiative is founded on a core premise: transformation is not about striving for perfection, but rather about recognizing one’s own capabilities and making the choices that allow one to move forward. Under the theme «Women Who Inspire,» the invitation is extended to women of various ages and backgrounds who wish to learn, share experiences, and contribute positively to their families and communities.
