Así lo señaló el ex Embajador de Colombia en Ecuador Manuel Enriquez Rosero, tras advertir que la verdadera transformación del departamento de Nariño, cuando la educación se fortalezca desde una acción pedagógica de impacto intergeneracional, la infraestructura de eleve para garantizar el comercio a mediana y gran escala , bajo un enfoque cultural integral entre la costa y la sierra.

This was stated by Manuel Enríquez Rosero, Colombia’s former ambassador to Ecuador, who noted that the true transformation of Nariño will occur when education is strengthened through pedagogical initiatives with an intergenerational impact, and when infrastructure is upgraded to facilitate medium- and large-scale trade, all within a framework of comprehensive cultural integration between the coast and the highlands.

«El potencial cultural, turístico, gastronómico, naturaleza y patrimonial del departamento de Nariño, sorprende y enamora. Sin embargo, la inseguridad en la region es tan alta que coloca en jaque la acción del Estado. En medio de una realidad en dos extremos, cuidar y proteger a los niños, jóvenes y personas de la tercera edad, se convierte en un punto de encuentro, en una acción público – privada con una visión al 2100», dice.

However, insecurity in the region is so severe that it challenges the State’s ability to act. Amidst this reality of extremes, caring for and protecting children, young people, and the elderly becomes a common ground—a public-private initiative with a vision extending to the year 2100,» he states.

Sus palabras, reafirma los estudios de centros de observación demográfica y universidades, que evidencian que el departamento de Nariño, en el sur de Colombia y frontera con el Ecuador, es un lugar por visitar, descubrir y disfrutar. «Quién no deja, que esa hoja de ruta se lleve a cabo es la inseguridad», señalan las Cámaras de Comercio de Pasto, Ipiales y Tumaco.
