Ese fenómeno –sobre el que se habla desde hace muchísimo tiempo- ha  hecho caer sobre los seres humanos tal suerte de maldiciones que, para mayor riesgo, ninguna ciencia meteorológica ni sofisticada técnica tontamente llamada “inteligencia artificial” logran prever ni siquiera veinticuatro horas antes pese a su publicitado poder.
