To put it simply, relativizing problems means giving them the importance they actually have without dramas, exaggerations, neither more nor less. It helps us manage negative thoughts that sometimes anticipate reality, depleting our energy and well-being. This usually happens when we imagine things that have not occurred or will never happen.
