REFLECTIONS: Walk, advance and transcend

Desde mi punto de vista muy personal, desde el inicio de la vida, desde nuestros primeros pasos, comenzamos a recorrer un largo e incierto camino buscando, creando o idealizando encontrar un lugar, un espacio óptimo donde sentirnos realizados, plenos y aceptados, en esa estructura global llamada sociedad. Obviamente esta no es una tarea fácil pues poco a poco vamos formando y moldeando nuestra propia identidad, personalidad y temperamento en base al entorno familiar y social en el cual nos desarrollamos como también a la influencia de la memoria genética que fluye en nuestra sangre.

From my very personal point of view, from the beginning of life, from our first steps, we begin to travel a long and uncertain path searching, creating or idealizing finding a place, an optimal space where we feel fulfilled, full and accepted, in that global structure called society. Obviously this is not an easy task because little by little we are forming and molding our own identity, personality and temperament based on the family and social environment in which we develop as well as the influence of the genetic memory that flows in our blood.

A pesar de que en esencia somos seres individuales, todos provenimos de algún entorno familiar, ya sea estable, fracturado, roto o nocivo, y de una forma u otra esto marcará muchas de nuestras acciones pues con ese sentir, con esos recuerdos y otros «lastres» vamos tejiendo, estructurando y actuando frente a las situaciones que nos presenta la vida.

Although in essence we are individual beings, we all come from some family environment, whether stable, fractured, broken or harmful, and in one way or another this will mark many of our actions because with that feeling, with those memories and others » ballasts» we weave, structure and act in the face of the situations that life presents us.

Pero a medida que crecemos, que avanzamos, nos acercamos a la bifurcación de ese camino: Es el momento de decidir qué haremos a partir de nuestras vivencias. Cuando llegamos al umbral de la madurez, lo ideal sería que tomáramos conciencia sobre la importancia de formar nuestro carácter desde edad temprana independientemente del temperamento heredado. De que se nos orientase desde los diferentes entornos educativos (hogar, escolar, médico, psicológico) en auto evaluarnos, en conocernos realmente e identificar nuestras fortalezas y falencias; En la construcción del amor propio y auto estima, en trabajo personal organizado para alcanzar metas que nos permitan proyectarnos hacia un futuro positivo.

But as we grow, as we advance, we approach the fork in that path: It is time to decide what we will do from our experiences. When we reach the threshold of maturity, ideally we would become aware of the importance of forming our character from an early age regardless of inherited temperament. That we were guided from different educational environments (home, school, medical, psychological) to self-evaluate ourselves, to really know ourselves and identify our strengths and shortcomings; In the construction of self-love and self-esteem, in personal work organized to achieve goals that allow us to project ourselves towards a positive future.

Para mí, ha sido muy importante la formación en valores, en ese sentido de humanidad y respeto hacia misma que mis padres me transmitieron e inculcaron; pero sin lugar a dudas el tener la convicción de un Dios presente y vigente en mi vida, con quien más allá de una religión impuesta, intento tener una relación personal que me ayude a ser mejor persona es el mayor logro.

For me, training in values ​​has been very important, in that sense of humanity and respect that my parents transmitted and instilled in me; But without a doubt, having the conviction of a God present and active in my life, with whom beyond an imposed religion, I try to have a personal relationship that helps me become a better person is the greatest achievement.

Y ya que Dios es el creador de la vida, como seres pensantes y espirituales debemos valorar y respetar el derecho a la misma, a la libertad, a la equidad para todos los seres vivientes de su creación. Esto no solo demuestra nuestra humanidad, también trae paz, justicia y respeto al entorno, al medio ambiente y al universo.

And since God is the creator of life, as thinking and spiritual beings we must value and respect the right to life, to freedom, to equity for all living beings of his creation. This not only demonstrates our humanity, it also brings peace, justice and respect to the environment, the environment and the universe.
