Nelly Grabanovich es una gran mujer bella y talentosa así como excelente ser humano de nacionalidad peruana siempre vinculada a sus raíces, a su terruño. De hecho, ya de regreso a su tierra natal: «Chimbote«, ciudad portuaria del departamento de Ancash, en el norte del Perú, a la que después de muchos años de gran crecimiento exponencial y cosechar éxitos en el extranjero ha retornado rompiendo esquemas y pisando fuerte en el campo artístico, haciendo volar no sólo sus sueños de aquí para allá y de allá para acá sino también la de muchos niños.

Nelly comenzó sus estudios en la Escuela de Bellas Artes de Lima, capital del Perú para posteriormente viajar a New York Estados Unidos para estudiar en la School of Visual Arts, en el Museo de Arte Moderno, y en Italia Europa en la Academia D’Arte.

Asi mismo, esta artista, quien ha tenido la oportunidad de viajar por casi todo el mundo visitando, conociendo y acercándose a indistintas culturas, ha sabido llevar y compartir su arte a los niños más olvidados del Continente Africano en donde ha trabajado como voluntaria en obras sociales para el Orfanato de Mekelle en Ethiopia, donde inclusive enseñó pintura y realizó diversos murales con la participación de los niños, y adquirió su riqueza de color con carácter Impresionista y Naive (ingenuo).

El pasado mes de marzo, por el mes de la mujer, esta reconocida artista participó en la Expo «A través de tus ojos Mujer» exposición pictórica en conjunto con otras mujeres pintoras de Chimbote. Se trató de una exposición itinerante que se presentó por todos los pueblos de alrededor, del cual rescatamos una crítica muy interesante realizada directamente en una reconocida red social, de la Columna de Pedro Ortiz -ORTIZ DIXIT- en la que comento lo siguiente…:

«Distinguidos cibernautas, permítanme este comentario sobre una obra específica que forma parte de la Expo mencionada. Se trata de la obra EL PODER DE LA FE cuya autora es la prestigiosa artista NELLY BRANOVICH. No voy a comentar sobre el valioso bagaje técnico y profesional así como el talento creativo de la artista, sino que me referiré, en esta oportunidad, a su obra expuesta en la Sala de Arte Contemporáneo del CAP.

LEIV MOTIV

Desde la Teología, en tanto sustentatoria de la inspiración, aplicada a la cristiandad, sabemos que en los Evangelios, Jesús de Nazareth es el protagonista esencial. En este sentido, con gran sabiduría la artista Gabranovich para corresponder adecuadamente a la celebración del Día Internacional de la Mujer, tomó conocimiento del Evangelio según San Lucas (8:43-48), en el que revela un hecho excepcional. Durante el trayecto de Jesús a la casa de Jairo una mujer que sufre de hemoroisa, por lo que para su pueblo es considerada impura, en su afán de sanación y a riesgo de su vida, de morir por lapidación, pretende obtener un milagro de Jesús, para que le restituya la salud y en consecuencia su reinserción en la sociedad de la que es marginada.

La artista denuncia con entereza y valor, en esta su obra, producto de un discurso coherente en su imaginario plástico, una actitud injusta de la que la protagonista no se siente culpable sino, en contrario, víctima. En la lectura e interpretación de este pasaje bíblico señala la trascendencia del derecho natural a la buena salud. La artista nos dice con energía que está mujer discriminada tiene la razón en la rebeldía, en el reclamo por recuperar la salud que se le debe, que se le quitó. Y hace hincapié en la justicia de esta rebeldía aún ante el Hacedor. Ella nació, fue traída sana a este mundo y se le castigó con un mal que no buscó y de allí su exigencia de un milagro que la resarciera de la aberración social a la que está sometida, que le niega la alegría de vivir, le niega el valor de su existencia. Es el grito intemporal, universal, de una mujer reclamando lo suyo. Es el feminismo en la más firme expresión y rotunda lucha por su propio e inalienable derecho. Por recuperar su importancia como mujer, su calidad humana perdida por una injusticia que se niega a aceptar.

Este es, creo con convicción, la interpretación veraz y firme de la buena lectura de este pasaje bíblico por la artista Gabranovich.

Para producir esta importante obra con rigor en sus detalles, no escatimó esfuerzos y viajó a Israel para conocer de primera mano el manto, las sandalias, las tradiciones que enriquecieron su acervo.

Su obra es pues una metáfora de la rebeldía feminista

CONCEPCION METAFISICA DEL «ANTES_ Y EL «DESPUÉS.»

Este es un aspecto que marca el carácter icónico de la obra al establecer rotundamente un antes y un después de ella, en la corta Historia del Arte chimbotano. Antes de EL PODER DE LA LA FE, no existía el Arte Pictórico cuyo tema fuera la religion. Nunca se creo, ningún pintor, antes de Gabranovich, creo Arte Religioso. Solo se documenta en algunas iglesias, copias de obras de artistas ajenos a nuestro entorno. Por lo que, con toda propiedad puede afirmarse que Gabranovich, con inteligencia y talento inaugura en Chimbote esta tendencia, trascendental para la afirmación de la verdad histórica del Arte en Chimbote.

DE LO ARTISTICO EN NELLY GABRAMOVICH

La artista Gabramovich regresa de lejos en el tiempo y en el espacio para beneficio de la cultura Chimbotana, interviniendo de suyo con energía, dinamismo y solvencia en el quehacer Pictórico. Nos trae la riqueza de su alta técnica y armonía coloristica así como la exacta y equilibrada estructura de su composición

DEL HUMANISMO EN LA OBRA

Afirmo con convicción que la expresión ontológica de su obra es su fundamento: una mujer de rodillas entre una multitud de hombres, implorante del milagro que la restablezca en su justa y necesaria condición de mujer útil a su sociedad, la esperanza en la recomposición de su vida familiar, conyugal, la necesidad de cultivar sueños, ilusiones y proyectos, su realización como mujer en tanto ser humano.

Es determinante para el logro de la belleza en A TRAVÉS DE TUS OJOS, MUJER la excelente traslación del texto bíblico a una apropiada imagen, para representarla per se.
