Les cuento que, «La Novela» de Jhonny Depp y Amber Heard, aunque muy triste historia de la que todo el mundo habla por el juicio que duró 7 semanas ya llegó a su fin y el jurado dictaminó por unanimidad que Amber Heard deberá pagar la friolera de 15 millones de dólares por difamación a Jhonny Depp.

I tell you that, «The Novel» by Jhonny Depp and Amber Heard,although very sad story that everyone talks about because of the trial that lasted 7 weeks has already come to an end and the jury ruled unanimously that Amber Heard must pay a whopping 15 million dollars for defamation to Jhonny Depp.

Según la confirmación de la sentencia del caso, estos 15 millones de dólares están basados en: 10 millones por indemnización compensatoria y 5 millones por indemnización. Por otra parte Jhonny Depp, tendrá que pagar 2 millones de dólares por unas declaraciones difamatorias de su abogado.

According to the confirmation of the sentence of the case, this $15 million is based on: $10 million for compensatory damages and $5 million for severance pay. On the other hand, Jhonny Depp will have to pay 2 million dollars for defamatory statements by his lawyer.

Amber Heard ex esposa, «muy oportunista» escribió un artículo de opinión en el periódico «The Washington Post», donde difama al actor, que aprovechando que era la portavoz de un grupo feminista, habló hasta por los codos haciéndose la víctima en una campaña difamatoria contra el actor. Destruyendo la carrera de Jhonny Depp, haciéndole perder roles protagónicos en importantes películas y hasta ser cancelado de la saga Piratas del Caribe. Al respecto, me sentí muy triste, por no volver a verle en la pantalla grande. También es vital ahora hacer la petición para que vuelva a hacer Jack Sparrow.

Volviendo al tema de la corte, los testimonios, son una pieza clave para ganar un caso, y estos deben ser sólidos y contundentes. Los doctores y demás testigos que trajo Amber Heard, para su defensa, solo dijeron lo que se les ordenó y sin presentar pruebas eficaces, ni testimonios que les dieran soporte al caso. Los testimonios en sí, carecían de fundamento y estuvieron llenos de contradicciones, por lo que no pudieron afirmar en estos argumentos que estuvieron presentes en el momento de los hechos.

Returning to the subject of the court, the testimonies are a key piece to win a case, and they must be solid and forceful. The doctors and other witnesses that Amber Heard brought, for her defense, only said what they were ordered and without presenting effective evidence or testimony to support the case. The testimonies themselves were unfounded and full of contradictions, so they could not affirm in these arguments that they were present at the time of the events.

Por otra parte, la defensa  de Jhonny Depp, en especial la colombiana Camille Vásquez, fue fundamental para ganar el caso porque se presentó muy segura hasta en «los careos» con Amber Heard en donde afirmó contundentemente que ella, Amber estaba mintiendo. 

On the other hand, the defense of Jhonny Depp, especially the Colombian Camille Vázquez, was essential to win the case because she appeared very confident even in «the confrontations» with Amber Heard, where she bluntly stated that she, Amber, was lying.

De una vez, que la supermodelo Kate Moss quien fue nombrada por Amber Heard indicando que fue maltratada por el actor, Moss muy segura afirmó y defendió a Jhonny Depp, donde dijo todo lo contrario, quedando en ridículo la actriz de la película «Aquaman». Otros testigos de Jhonny Depp, confirmaron que la agresiva era ella y que solo él se marchaba de su lado, confirmándose así la agresividad de Amber Heard.

El gran ausente en la corte en esta oportunidad fue Jhonny Deep debido a que se fue a «Rockear», con Jeff Beck en el Royal Albert Hall, localizado en  Londres, Reino Unido, dónde volvió a la vida y comenzó a hacer una presentación musical, una de sus tantas pasiones para deleitar a su público presente en dicha arena. Público que le deseó y le auguró grandes proyectos en el futuro, porque el actor y músico ha sabido dar amor a los niños en los hospitales, sin esperar nada a cambio como veremos a continuación…
