Pero, cuando abrimos el corazón y la mente a la curiosidad, descubrimos que las distancias se acortan con una palabra, una costumbre o una sonrisa compartida.

Este proyecto no nace solo de la geografía, sino de la coincidencia de dos visiones dedicadas a la educación y la cultura:

• Desde Venezuela, nos acompaña Yumak: Escritora y Magíster en Cultura Popular, quien trae consigo el color, la música y el calor de las tradiciones venezolanas. From Venezuela, we welcome Yumak: a writer and Master of Popular Culture, who brings with her the color, music, and warmth of Venezuelan traditions.
• Desde la India, saludamos a Rini: Docente, especialista en el idioma español y Gestora Internacional Académica, una mujer que ha hecho del puente entre lenguas su estilo de vida. From India, we greet Rini: a teacher, specialist in the Spanish language, and International Academic Manager, a woman who has made bridging languages ​​her way of life.

The Power of Words: We’ll discover idiomatic expressions, curious meanings, and how Spanish becomes the perfect bridge between Caracas and New Delhi.
3. Respeto y Amistad: Nuestra base es el aprendizaje mutuo. Queremos explorar lo que nos hace diferentes para entender que, en el fondo, somos muy parecidos. Ambos países, a pesar de estar separados por miles de kilómetros, comparten la majestuosidad de sus monumentos naturales, verdaderos tesoros que hablan el lenguaje común de la belleza y la historia. Desde el imponente Salto Ángel en Venezuela, la caída de agua más alta del mundo que se precipita desde el tepuy Auyán-tepui, hasta las magníficas montañas de los Ghats Occidentales en la India, refugio de biodiversidad y espiritualidad, estas maravillas nos recuerdan que la naturaleza no conoce fronteras.

Despite being separated by thousands of kilometers, both countries share the majesty of their natural monuments, true treasures that speak the common language of beauty and history. From the imposing Angel Falls in Venezuela, the world’s highest waterfall cascading from the Auyán-tepui tepui, to the magnificent Western Ghats mountains in India, a haven of biodiversity and spirituality, these wonders remind us that nature knows no borders.

En Conexiones Globales, exploramos cómo estos paisajes emblemáticos son puentes entre culturas, invitándonos a descubrir, comprender y valorar las raíces y tradiciones que nos conectan. Porque cuando aprendemos a mirar y escuchar con el corazón abierto, la distancia es sólo un número, y la conexión verdadera surge en la unión de nuestras historias y nuestra tierra.

In Global Connections, we explore how these iconic landscapes serve as bridges between cultures, inviting us to discover, understand, and value the roots and traditions that connect us. Because when we learn to see and listen with open hearts, distance is just a number, and true connection arises from the union of our stories and our land.
