Llegue a escribir en sus páginas, hace más de ocho años, por una gentileza de Betty Peláez Medina, eficiente comunicadora social y experta en organizar eventos culturales, que me vendió la idea de vincularme a ese medio informativo que se distingue por lo serio, responsable y muy especializado en las diversas ramas del saber. Eso, me gusto.

I came to write in its pages, more than eight years ago, thanks to the kindness of Betty Peláez Medina, an efficient social communicator and expert in organizing cultural events, who sold me the idea of ​​joining this information medium that is distinguished by its seriousness and responsibility. and highly specialized in the various branches of knowledge. That, I liked it.

Conocedora la señora Peláez, de lo que para mí significa un periodismo trasparente, no amarillo, gracias a ella, me vinculé con mucho agrado al medio. Fui recibido con tanto calor humano, que hubo empatía y grandeza suficiente, para construir una respetable amistad, aun en medio de las diferencias de pensamiento. Por ella, también conocí a Cristina Barcelona, y a su esposo Don Joaquím, con quien varias veces sostuve agradables conversaciones de interés global, entre esas, como el de degustar de un pan de sal, con tomate, aceite de oliva y un bien vino, en España.

Mrs. Peláez is knowledgeable about what transparent, not yellow, journalism means to me. Thanks to her, I gladly joined the medium. I was received with so much human warmth that there was enough empathy and greatness to build a respectable friendship, even in the midst of differences of thought. Through her, I also met Cristina Barcelona, ​​and her husband Don Joaquím, with whom I had several times pleasant conversations of global interest, among them, such as tasting a pan de sal, with tomato, olive oil and a good wine, in Spain.

Y… digo de interés global, porque en Cartagena de Indias, que es un rincón hermoso de Hispano América, desde muy niños, comíamos pan de sal en forma de bolillitos, sin el tomate, que introducíamos en el vaso, con Cola Román y luego ya esponjoso, lo devorábamos con inmenso placer. Por cierto, acá en nuestro país Colombia, se le llama cola, a las de las mujeres, (derrier) o a la cabellera de las damas, o de los caballos.

Recuerdo que un buen día en las playas de Boca grande me brindaron una gaseosa color Roja, y al probarla dije: Esa cola no es de aquí. Justamente en ese momento pasaba muy cerca de mí, una joven en hilo dental, atrevido para esos tiempos del 74. Sin duda era un espectáculo. Pero volviendo a la forma, fondo y estilo de La Agencia Mundial, con el transcurrir de los días, fue variando su norte inicial, para apartarse de las incidencias ideológicas que pudieran crear confrontaciones internas, para concentrarse mejor en la neutralidad, cosa que me pareció admirable.

Porque si lo analizamos con un criterio fraternal, ese viraje encuadra más en el talante sensible de Cristina, que es una admirable relacionista, en lugar de permitir los contrapunteos ideológicos y políticos, que no resuelven nada, pero tienen la particularidad de agriar lo dulce que tiene la buena amistad.

Lo más curioso, es que cualquiera desprevenidamente bien podría decir, o pensar, que todos los medios virtuales, finalmente son iguales. Y… no es así. Dos cuerpos de bebes gemelos son iguales, pero la diferencia está al interior de los pañales.

La agencia Mundial de Prensa se convirtió en un medio en permanente dinamismo, versátil, ameno, pedagógico y muy variado, que agrada y distrae, no es monótono. Pues su amplio espectro, abarca temas de historia, literatura, filosofía, reflexiones, música, poesía, artes, turismo, gastronomía, tecnología y mucho más….

Tiene alianzas estrategias con medios televisivos de otras naciones, como por ejemplo PERU, USA o ESPAÑA y desde luego, eso fortalece más su potencial de audiencia. Además, tiene dentro de su compendio, un maravilloso medio informativo de voz, muy bien editado con un periodista al micrófono cuya dicción es muy clara y muy profesional. De otra parte, la presentación, grafica de ese noticiero, está muy bien lograda, que nada tiene que pedir ante las tradiciones de otros, que están financiados por capitales inmensos.

O…que se escuche en un casual saludo, diciendo: te quiero o te amo.
