He cumplido seis décadas ininterrumpidas en el periodismo. La conmoción que sufrí al momento de comprenderlo me hizo sentir un sobreviviente.

Pues bien, durante todo ese tiempo, y hasta dónde me da la memoria, jamás asistí a una campaña política por elecciones –no es relevante que sean internas y no presidenciales- de las características de la actual.

Pero lo más sorprendente es cómo los integrantes de los distintos partidos que integran el gobierno dediquen más esfuerzo, y hasta un perverso entusiasmo, en astillarse las costillas entre sí que a sustentar con argumentos, cifras, estadísticas y retórica la posibilidad de echar al oficialismo del poder.
