The Spanish-Dominican journalist, author and lecturer María Piña, who is a cultural and peace ambassador as well as a member of the Spanish Academy of Modern Literature, the same as last year at the annual «A los Nuestros» Awards of the World Press Agency, absolute winner with public vote, with the coveted WOMAN OF THE YEAR 2022-2023 Award, On this occasion, she has been awarded for the third consecutive time with the César Vallejo World Award for Excellence 2023 in the modality «Defense of Peace with Social Justice» granted by the Hispanic-World Writers Union (UHE) whose founder and president is the Peruvian poet laureate Don Carlos Hugo Garrid Chalen.
