Definitivamente COLOMBIA se prepara para su próximo gran festival a realizarse en CARTAGENA, dando forma y fondo de esta manera a los acuerdos para trabajar por la construcción del modelo de Cartagena como un DESTINO TURÍSTICO INTELIGENTE «Capital Histórica del Caribe.»
