Tras el aplazamiento del pasado 23 de septiembre debido a las inclemencias meteorológicas, Rosario Flores sorprenderá hoy con un concierto irrepetible, en una cita tendrá lugar, a partir de las 22:00 horas, en la emblemática Plaza de España de Sevilla, un lugar que se ha convertido en un efímero escenario en el que “la hija de la faraona” presentará “Te lo digo todo y no te digo na”, un trabajo que la propia Rosario lo ha definido como “una renovación, que muestra a una artista renovada con un cambio de actitud, más madurez”. ICÓNICA Sevilla Fest se está celebrando desde el 22 de septiembre hasta el 10 de octubre en la Plaza de España, corazón monumental del Parque de María Luisa, lugar donde se podrá disfrutar de música nacional e internacional, en un entorno incomparable. Hasta aquí llega una de las figuras musicales más queridas de nuestro país, Rosario Flores, una de las artistas españolas más consolidadas, con millones de copias vendidas de sus trabajos discográficos e internacionalmente reconocida por los premios Grammy Latinos. Además de mostrar en la Plaza de España su trabajo más reciente, Rosario también ofrecerá un recorrido por sus grandes éxitos, deleitando al público asistente entre las columnas del icónico monumento diseñado por el arquitecto sevillano Aníbal González para la Exposición Iberoamericana de 1929, la Plaza de España de Sevilla.

ICÓNICA Sevilla Fest is being held from September 22 to October 10 in the Plaza de España, monumental heart of María Luisa Park, place where you can enjoy national and international music, in an incomparable setting. This far comes one of the most beloved musical figures in our country, Rosario Flores, one of the most established Spanish artists, with millions of copies sold of her record works and internationally recognized by the Latin Grammy Awards. In addition to showing his most recent work in the Plaza de España, Rosario will also offer a tour of his greatest successes, delighting the audience among the columns of the iconic monument designed by the Sevillian architect Aníbal González for the Ibero-American Exposition of 1929, the Plaza de España in Seville.

Nacida en cuna flamenca, la hija de “La Faraona”, Lola Flores, y Antonio González “El Pescaílla”, lleva la música y el baile en su sangre, iniciando su carrera en los años 80. En 1999 lanzó su disco “Jugar a la locura” que le valió su primera nominación a los Premios Grammy Latino. En 2001 edita su disco “Muchas flores”, en el que recupera sus raíces gitanas más puras versionando canciones que popularizaron sus padres. Es en este contexto cuando la artista recibe el Grammy Latino al Mejor Álbum de Pop Vocal Femenino y un Premio de la Música a la Mejor Canción por ‘Como quieres que te quiera’. Rosario actúo en Sevilla por última vez con su disco “Gloria a ti” publicado en 2016. ICÓNICA nos da la posibilidad de poder disfrutar nuevamente de esta artista con el lanzamiento de su nuevo disco cuyo single ya publicado es ‘Te lo digo todo y no te digo nada’.

Born in a flamenco cradle, the daughter of «La Faraona», Lola Flores, and Antonio González «El Pescaílla», has music and dance in his blood, starting his career in the 80s. In 1999 he released his album «Play Madness» which earned him his first nomination for the Latin Grammy Awards. In 2001 he released his album “Many flowers”, in which he recovered his purest gypsy roots by covering songs that his parents popularized. It is in this context that the artist receives the Latin Grammy for Best Female Vocal Pop Album and a Music Award for Best Song for ‘How do you want me to love you’. Rosario performed in Seville for the last time with her album «Gloria a ti» published in 2016. ICÓNICA gives us the possibility of being able to enjoy this artist again with the launch of her new album whose single already published is «I tell you everything and I don’t tell you anything.»

Junto al Parque de María Luisa, se pondrá a disposición de todos los asistentes una amplia selección de cocina nacional e internacional a través de distintos puntos dispuestos junto a la sinigual Plaza de España, de la mano de la Freiduría & Abacería “Casa Robles”,  tacos y burritos de “La Santera, Takería selecta”,  sushi y noodles de “Kashi No Ki”, hamburguesas y perritos chic de “Brasería Tía Consuelo”, pizzas de “Dª Francisquita” y postres de “La Pastelería de Robles”.

To complete the ICONIC musical experience Sevilla Fest offers us The Village, a space where you can enjoy a varied gastronomic offer and musical evenings by emerging artists and groups. A esta ruta gastronómica se suman escenarios en los que grupos y artistas emergentes de nuestro panorama musical tendrán  la oportunidad de actuar tras los conciertos principales de cada noche. En la noche de este viernes  8 de octubre podremos disfrutar del grupo Mundo Divino, mismo proyecto musical también se encargó de completar la noche del 5 de octubre, tras el concierto de Mónica Naranjo.

Entre las grandes sorpresas que rodearán al Festival, encontramos la mágica iluminación artística que lucirá el entorno durante los conciertos que componen la primera edición de ICÓNICA. El escenario se convertirá en un majestuoso espectáculo visual, donde los iconos de la música actual se fundirán con esta obra cumbre de Aníbal González, mostrando una visión totalmente desconocida hasta el momento de la misma. Desde el máximo respeto de la organización para con el patrimonio histórico y natural, se ha dado forma al mágico escenario que se instalará para las citas musicales programadas: un escenario totalmente transparente, construido a partir de una estructura abierta, sin telas u otros elementos que distorsionen a la propia Plaza de España, que se convertirá en el escenario y telón de fondo real de cada una de las noches, ofreciendo una fusión de música, patrimonio y cultura a través de una espectacular visión lumínica.

ICÓNICA Sevilla Fest, novel cita en la agenda cultural hispalense, ofrecerá al público la renaciente experiencia de vivir la música en directo, al tratarse de uno de los primeros grandes eventos musicales y experienciales andaluces tras la etapa más dura del COVID-19, de la mano de artistas de primer nivel, y en un entorno patrimonial tan emblemático y universal de la ciudad de Sevilla, como es la Plaza de España. La cita ofrecerá a visitantes y público local un entorno histórico, capaz de adaptarse a distintos formatos de concierto, siempre respetuosos con la normativa de seguridad sanitaria y distanciamiento social vigente en cada edición.
