SPAIN: VICARIA VIOLENCE, CASE OF TOMÁS GIMENO IN TENERIFE

Cuando estas amenazas se cumplen, los niños se convierten en indefensas víctimas de esta monstruosa cara de la la violencia machista, son filicidios por venganza o utilitaristas: violencia vicaria. Hablamos de progenitores que asesinaron a sus propios hijos tras un proceso de rompimiento de la relación en pareja, separación o divorcio. Crímenes cometidos con un único y cruel propósito de hacer el mayor daño posible con esas muertes a las madres de los menores, arrebatándoles en vida lo que más aman en este mundo.

Incluso, en diciembre pasado, Beatriz estuvo cerca de denunciarlo luego de que una discusión se fuera de control pero al final no lo hizo ya que ella le excusaba diciendo que su ex era un buen padre. Hasta el mismo novio de Beatriz sufrió un ataque de Tomás Gimeno padre de las niñas en un estacionamiento en donde lo acorraló.

Dos horas después, Tomás Gimeno fue grabado transportando distintos elementos como bolsos y bultos desde su Audi A3 blanco hasta la embarcación. Fue entonces, cuando el realiza la llamada que cambió para siempre la vida de Beatriz Zimmerman al decirle: «No vas a ver a tus hijas nunca más», cortando de inmediato la comunicación.

Y así transcurren dos horas en el mar y a su regreso fue interceptado por la Guardia Civil en donde los oficiales le llaman la atención por saltarse el toque de queda impuesto por el tema de la pandemia, pero a él ya nada le importaba. Media hora para la medianoche Tomás se dirigió a una gasolinera para comprar un cargador para su teléfono y tabaco. Luego, fue hasta el puesto del vigilante de seguridad del puerto y le pidió que cargara su teléfono. Desde allí se registra la última llamada que le hiciera a su ex mujer, diciéndole que no tenía motivos para preocuparse, que estaba en su casa, que todo estaba tranquilo y que ya había acostado a las niñas. Acordando con ella que las llevaría al día siguiente de vuelta con ella y al finalizar la llamada el vuelve al mar y desde ese momento ya nadie volvió a verlo.

Poco después se encontró flotando una silla de retención de menores para coches, que utilizaba para Anna.

Mi abrazo, mi cariño y el de toda mi familia, que hoy se solidariza con Beatriz y sus seres queridos».

Luego, a las 9:27 pm en donde las cámaras y testigos le vieron portando bolsas de deporte donde supuestamente iban los cuerpos de sus hijas.
