Al iniciar el año 2023, en el primer día del mes de enero, en un grato compartir con la comunidad del barrio Altos de Cazuca, sector deprimido, carente de todos los servicios públicos (agua, luz, alcantarillado y aseo), sus habitantes se mantienen alertas por estar sus viviendas en alto riesgo de desbordamiento, se encuentran en área limítrofe entre la capital de la República de Colombia, Bogotá, al sur, y el municipio de Soacha, al norte, en el departamento de Cundinamarca; por tal situación geográfica, hay quienes se sienten bogotanos, capitalinos, ante quienes dicen ser soachunos.
