1st PORRO JAZZ FESTIVAL – SINCELEJO COLOMBIA «TRIBUTE to JUSTO ALMARIO GOMEZ»

Sincelejo Colombia fue sede por primera vez del 1er Festival Porro-Jazz, Homenaje al Gran Maestro Musico JUSTO ALMARIO GOMEZ, con una excelente programación, durante los días del 2 al 4 de octubre, esta capital ganadera, ciudad famosa por sus corralejas y fiestas del 20 de Enero, se convirtió en el Centro Cultural con la música en fusión Porro-Jazz

Sincelejo Colombia hosted for the first time the 1st Porro-Jazz Festival, Tribute to the Great Master Musician JUSTO ALMARIO GOMEZ, with an excellent program, during the days of October 2 to 4, this livestock capital, a city famous for its corralejas and festivals of the January 20, it became the Cultural Center with Porro-Jazz fusion music

El evento se inicio con una Rueda de Prensa el Miércoles 02 de Octubre, la Instalación y un gran Concierto musical, el día Jueves 03 de Octubre Catedra Musical Luis Manuel Barrios Arenilla, Clínica Taller con Justo Almario Gómez, la programación continuo con el Viernes 4 de Octubre con la catedra musical Pello Torres Clínica Taller Presidida por Rodin Caraballo Campo gran musico Colombiano uno de los fiel exponentes del Porro Jazz, y se cerró este gran Festival con el Homenaje a Justo Almario Gómez en el Gran Concierto Musical con la participación de Sinú Jazz, Tolú Jazz, Kike Acosta Jazz band, y Zigzag Quartet, con un lleno total y ovación por la presentación de Justo Almario se cerro con broche de oro este Festival.

The event began with a Press Conference on Wednesday, October 2, the Installation and a great musical Concert, on Thursday, October 3, Luis Manuel Barrios Arenilla Musical Chair, Workshop Clinic with Justo Almario Gómez, the programming continued with Friday the 4th October with the musical chair Pello Torres Clínica Taller Chaired by Rodin Caraballo Campo, great Colombian musician, one of the faithful exponents of Porro Jazz, and this great Festival closed with the Tribute to Justo Almario Gómez in the Great Musical Concert with the participation of Sinú Jazz, Tolú Jazz, Kike Acosta Jazz band, and Zigzag Quartet, with a full house and applause for the presentation of Justo Almario, this Festival closed with a flourish.

Maestro Justo Almario Gómez

Este personaje Sincelejano de Nacimiento, musico, flautista, saxofanista y Líder de banda del Jazz Latino nació el 18 de Febrero 1949 en Sincelejo reside actualmente en Los Ángeles, H realizado producciones musicales junto a Andy Harlow, Bobby Paunetto, Miguel Cruz, Poncho Sanchez, Bobby Matos, Luis Bonilla, y en su extensa hoja de vida musical ha participado en mas de 320 trabajos discográficos .El Sincelejano desde sus 20 años ha escrito la historia del Jazz en todo el pais y es uno de los intérpretes mas importante de este gran género musical.

This character, from Sincelejo by birth, musician, flutist, saxofanist and Latin Jazz band leader, was born on February 18, 1949 in Sincelejo, currently residing in Los Angeles. He has made musical productions with Andy Harlow, Bobby Paunetto, Miguel Cruz, Poncho Sanchez, Bobby Matos, Luis Bonilla, and in his extensive musical resume he has participated in more than 320 recordings. Since he was 20 years old, El Sincelejano has written the history of Jazz throughout the country and is one of the most important performers of this great musical genre.

El enorme aporte del maestro Justo Almario no solo ha sido al Latin Jazz, sino también a la Salsa, y oros ritmos como Pop Rock Eletronic,World Hip Hop,Latin Tropical , y muchas fusiones de diferentes ritmos.

Con una cerrada ovación del publico asistente a este gran concierto, el 1er Festival Porro Jazz, cerro su telón para esperarnos desde ya en su segunda versión.

With a standing ovation from the public attending this great concert, the 1st Porro Jazz Festival closed its curtain to wait for us in its second version.

El Centro del Estudios del Golfo, de Sincelejo expidió Certificado de Participación a todos los asistentes a las diferentes Clínicas Talleres realizados durante el evento donde la Agencia Mundial de Prensa se hizo presente y felicita a todos los organizadores de este gran festival.

The Gulf Studies Center of Sincelejo issued a Certificate of Participation to all attendees at the different Clinics and Workshops held during the event where the World Press Agency was present and congratulates all the organizers of this great festival.
