FORENSIC CRISIS / CRISIS FORENSE

Regarding the activities that are currently carried out in the Solecito Collective, Castro Toss announces that they are engaged in file reviews, to know how the progress is going, they request the accompaniment of the National Human Rights Commission, a legal adviser, the National Commission of Search, as well as the prosecutor handling the case and the special prosecutor for disappeared persons so that in the end the ministerial investigations of each folder are completed; We ask that a context analysis be carried out for years, because it is very important to know that analysis if you have been working by zones.

Sobre las actividades que realizan actualmente en el Colectivo Solecito, Castro Toss da a conocer que están abocadas a revisiones de carpetas, saber cómo van los avances, piden el acompañamiento de la Comisión Nacional de Derechos Humanos, de un asesor jurídico, de la Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda, así como del fiscal que lleva el caso y la fiscal especial de desaparecidos para que al final se terminen de realizar las investigaciones ministeriales de cada carpeta; pedimos que se haga un análisis de contexto por años, porque es muy importante saber ese análisis si se ha estado trabajando por zonas.

Odontóloga de profesión, Rosalía Castro, narra aquel 23 de diciembre de 2011: “Mi hijo estuvo en el municipio de Huatusco, Veracruz, y durante la tarde del día 23 me dijo que vería a su novia para pasar el 24 de diciembre aquí; la iba a presentar a la familia. Le dije ve con cuidado y me avisas cuando llegues. Así lo hizo y me comentó me voy mañana en la mañana, -Pensé que viajaría al mediodía. Llegó su novia y se iba quedar con ella a descansar para viajar juntos. Entre la 1 y 2 de la tarde le hablo para saber si llegaban a comer, el teléfono me mandó a buzón, pero como de Huatusco hacia el puerto de Veracruz se va la señal por completo, vuelvo a marcar no hay señal y otra vez buzón, las llamadas ya no entraron, entonces a las 3 de la tarde estaba desesperada, empecé a buscar a sus amigos, a la novia que es de Tuxpan”.

El día 25 viajé al puerto de Veracruz, yo sentía algo en mi corazón, que algo estaba mal, fui a su casa, busqué a uno de sus amigos, fuimos a la Cruz Roja, todo en orden, a las instalaciones de Tránsito, al Penalito, a los hospitales, y nada, fui al entonces Ministerio Público a presentar la denuncia por desaparición, pero no fue posible porque era día festivo, regresé el 26 y todavía me revictimizaron con expresiones como: “deje de estar de metiche”; “está de luna de miel”, a lo que respondí: -Mi hijo no me hace eso; me indigné por el trato. El teléfono de mi hijo lo seguí pagando durante un año con la esperanza de saber de él, hasta que me dijeron que lo dejara de pagar”.

En la denuncia señaló la carretera Veracruz-Cardel-Tamarindo. Entre tantas llamadas está la de una mujer que dijo que cerca de Tamarindo lo estaban esperando hombres armados. Trató de volver a contactarla, pero nunca más contestó. Se fue al poblado Tamarindo a colocar carteles. “Me decían por acá la van a matar”. Con fotografías también tapizó la zona de Cardel. “Eso es todo lo que sé. Lo sigo esperando porque no llegó, va a cumplir 12 años de su desaparición. El 1 de septiembre es su cumpleaños, son fechas que me destrozan, los recuerdos están presentes en todo, yo siempre hablo en presente, porque no lo he encontrado ni con vida ni sin vida”.

“Guardo sus cosas, las lavo y plancho cada mes. Todas las noches hablo con él, que me ayude a encontrarlo, que me dé una señal y más fuerzas para continuar, hago oraciones y abrazo su ropa, luego me voy a descansar. Tomaba medicamentos al principio, queda uno en schock, pensaba que mi hijo me necesita bien, y fui dejando el psiquiatra, los fuertes medicamentos y me quedé con una sola pastilla. Él cambió mi vida. Comencé a buscarlo por mis propios medios durante tres años hasta que me encuentro con la señora Lucía de los Ángeles Díaz Genao y se forma el Colectivo Solecito de Veracruz, al principio éramos 20, luego 30, se fueron sumando, no quisiéramos más desaparecidos, ahora somos casi 300 integrantes”.

THE FEAT OF LOCATING A MISSING PERSON / LA HAZAÑA DE LOCALIZAR A UN DESAPARECIDO

Dr. Castro presents a case that turned out to be a true feat: “One day a colleague called me at 3 in the morning to tell me that they just took my son from a bar. She has a missing son – I thought, they are young and don’t understand – the good thing is that in this case some witnesses took photos and there was evidence of who took him, of the vehicle with license plates. Desperately she asked what to do if the prosecutor’s office is closed, I responded, I will call the authorities and they will start looking for him because there was a reference to the truck in which they took him. At 10 in the morning they had rescued the son and captured the criminals after a quick search by land and air. Here we realized that they did a good search. “The mother was distraught because the young man was badly beaten.” Rosalía considered that the most important thing had been achieved, she was back alive.

La doctora Castro expone un caso que resultó una verdadera hazaña: “Un día me habló una compañera a las 3 de la mañana para decirme se acaban de llevar a mi hijo de un bar. Ella tiene un hijo desaparecido, -pensé, son jóvenes y no entienden-, lo bueno que en este caso algunos testigos tomaron fotos y había evidencia de quién se lo llevó, del vehículo con placas. Desesperada pregunta qué hacer si la fiscalía está cerrada, respondí llamaré a la autoridad y se ponen a buscarlo porque había una referencia de la camioneta en que se lo llevaron. A las 10 de la mañana habían rescatado al hijo y capturan a los delincuentes tras una rápida búsqueda por tierra y aire. Aquí nos dimos cuenta que hicieron una buena búsqueda. La madre estaba angustiada porque el joven estaba muy golpeado”. Rosalía consideró que lo más importante se había logrado, estaba de regreso con vida.

A veces nos llegan anónimos de la zona norte y sur del estado de Veracruz, no nos damos abasto, y aún así continuaremos con nuestras búsquedas”.
