The favorable vote of four magistrates and one associate judge of the Constitutional Court, and with the saving of votes of four magistrates, among them, among these, three women, in a recent, controversial, painful and sad ruling decriminalizes abortion in Colombia and legalizes its execution up to 24 weeks of pregnancy. In the event that one of the three exceptional causes established by the same Court several decades ago does not apply the aforementioned term to abort.
