Mientras el espectáculo de medio tiempo encabezado por Bad Bunny reunió 142 millones de espectadores, el llamado “concierto alternativo” del universo MAGA apenas alcanzó 6,1 millones en su punto más alto, con una audiencia inestable que osciló entre 4,5 y 5,5 millones.

La ironía se vuelve más cruel cuando se analizan los detalles técnicos: el evento fue retransmitido por múltiples plataformas conservadoras —OAN News, Real America’s Voice, TBN, NTD y The National News Desk—, pero no obtuvo permiso para transmitirse en vivo en X. Es decir, amplificación fragmentada, alcance limitado y una audiencia que entraba y salía como quien revisa un canal secundario mientras espera que vuelva lo importante.

The irony becomes even crueler when you analyze the technical details: the event was rebroadcast by multiple conservative platforms—OAN News, Real America’s Voice, TBN, NTD, and The National News Desk—but wasn’t allowed to air live on X. In other words, fragmented amplification, limited reach, and an audience that drifted in and out like someone flipping through a secondary channel while waiting for something important to return

Y lo importante estaba en otro lado, porque incluso quienes prometieron no mirar y lo observaron…Donald Trump fue uno de esos individuos que criticó el espectáculo de Bad Bunny y para hacer una crítica tuvo que verlo. A menos que sea omnipotente para no verlo pero indignarse y así confirmar su rechazo a su programa show alternativo.

En la economía digital de la atención, ver es participar. No existe el “lo vi solo para odiarlo”: existe el rating, el algoritmo y la conversación global y ahí se rompe el relato.

El concierto alternativo no fracasó por falta de producción ni por ausencia de figuras conocidas. Fracasó porque fue concebido como respuesta, no como propuesta. Fue un evento que habló solo a los convencidos, mientras el show principal habló incluso a sus detractores.
