Con más de 64   años de existencia en la ciudad de Cartagena, el Centro Colombo Americano es el centro de Idiomas por excelencia de estudio del idioma Ingles. Acaba de Inaugurar su sede en el Centro Comercial GRAN MANZANA, cerca de la Terminal de Transporte de Cartagena. Con más de 64 años de experiencia en la enseñanza del idioma inglés. El Centro Cultural Colombo Americano de Cartagena, fue fundado en 1961, por unos ciudadanos colombianos y norteamericanos interesados en patrocinar un programa que fortaleciera y mejorara las relaciones, el intercambio cultural y el entendimiento mutuo entre Norteamérica y Colombia.

With over 64 years of existence in the city of Cartagena, the Colombo-American Center is the language center par excellence for studying the English language. It has just opened its headquarters in the Gran Manzana Shopping Center, near the Cartagena Transport Terminal. With over 64 years of experience in teaching the English language, the Colombo-American Cultural Center of Cartagena was founded in 1961 by Colombian and North American citizens interested in sponsoring a program that would strengthen and improve relations, cultural exchange, and mutual understanding between North America and Colombia.

 *La institución fue creada como una entidad cultural educativa. Sin animo de lucro el 19 de enero de 1961, en un Edificio sobre la Plaza de la Aduanas, hasta 1970 cuando fue traslado al Edificio que hoy es su sede, en la calle de la Factoría del Centro Histórico amurallado de la ciudad, adicionalmente cuenta con una moderna amplia sede en el sector de 4 vientos, y una sede mas en el municipio de Turbaco.

*The institution was established as a non-profit cultural and educational institution on January 19, 1961, in a building on Customs Plaza until 1970, when it moved to the building that is now its headquarters, on Factoría Street in the walled historic center of the city. It also has a spacious, modern headquarters in the 4 Vientos sector and another headquarters in the municipality of Turbaco.

Hoy el Centro Cultural Colombo Americano hace parte de los 80 centros binacionales en América Latina, el cual estrecha los lazos de amistada entre las dos culturas a través de la enseñanza del idioma inglés, la formación de Auxiliares Administrativos, Traductores, asesorías y consejerías estudiantiles, las cuales cuentan con el apoyo de la Sección Cultural de la Embajada de los Estados Unidos de America.con una oferta variable en la enseñanza del idioma se ofrecen diferentes cursos así:

Today, the Colombo-American Cultural Center is one of the 80 binational centers in Latin America, strengthening the bonds of friendship between the two cultures through English language teaching, the training of Administrative Assistants, Translators, and student counseling and advising. These courses are supported by the Cultural Section of the Embassy of the United States of America. With a wide range of language courses, the following are offered:

Cursos de Ingles de 1, 2, 4 horas diarias / English courses of 1, 2, 4 hours daily

• Ingles Semestral / English Semester
• Ingles los días Sábados para adultos / English on Saturdays for adults
• Ingles para niños, y adolescentes / English for children and teenagers
• Ingles remoto con clases en vivo / Remote English with live classes

Técnico Laboral en cocina con énfasis en ingles / Technical Cook with an emphasis on English
