En este 2025 el festival escogió como tema central ‘El canto del mar’, por lo que los participantes hacen referencia a este tópico y a los compositores que con su obra ha contribuido a dar identidad a la música de la península ibérica.

Música de España y Portugal de compositores tan importantes como: Isaac Albéniz, Enrique Granados, Joaquín Turina, Manuel de Falla, Joaquín Rodrigo quienes lograron a través de su música reflejar las tradiciones y paisajes populares de las regiones de Andalucía y Cataluña.
