Queridos amigos de España.
He lamentado profundamente la desvastadora reacción de la naturaleza, causada en algunas ciudades y poblaciones del bello país.

Ustedes han sido desafiados por los imponderables de la naturaleza, caso fortuito, o por la omisión de preveer lo previsible, de quienes tienen a su cargo velar por la seguridad ciudadana. Pero ahora, solo es momento para convocar la solidaridad universal y nada más.

A la tragedia, las lluvia, los vientos, las ruptura de presas de agua y las inundaciones sin precedentes han dejado a su paso, una gran cantidad de perdidas humanas….. Un inmenso vacío en muchos hogares, en las comunidades, solo prima la desolación, el dolor y llantos desgarradores….. difíciles de olvidar para todos.

Les expreso mis sentidas condolencias, y conociendo que el país lo distingue el valor y la valentía, os invito, a que solo se escuche una sola voz de clamor y de hermandad, que una a los pueblos de Hispanoamérica en solidaridad con España. Es el momento para demostrar que somos hermanos en Cristo, o como quieran llamarle.
