Así mismo la selección de candidatos para este premio internacional sigue un proceso cuidadoso y transparente, garantizando la equidad y la objetividad para lo cual, estas son algunas de las pautas que escrupulosamente siguen…

3. Panel de Jurados Expertos: e imparciales. Estos jurados gozan de experiencia y conocimientos en el campo relacionado con galardones y estan libres de conflictos de interés. 4. Evaluación Basada en Logros y Méritos: La evaluación de los candidatos se basa en sus logros y méritos en lugar de consideraciones subjetivas o personales. La entidad de hecho considera la participación de auditorias externas para mayor objetividad, motivo por el cual ni la cúpula ni los altos mandos ni las directivas tienen conocimiento del proceso y el contacto en todo momento es solo con la secretaria de la comisión de ética del Apcsx Group quien proporciona todo lo que la empresa pudiera requerir para la optimización del proceso de ser el caso, y que por ser un órgano autónomo es a esta comisión a quien se le informa por temas de disciplina el porque del rechazo de ciertos perfiles.
