Este distinguido Galeno de 41 años de edad, nació en la Ciudad de Cartagena, hijo, del economista y ex banquero, Rodrigo Peñalosa Gallo, y Cristina MacMaster Gonzalez, mujer inquieta por las letras, humanista, dedicada en sus ratos libres, a plasmar sobre los lienzos, el soporte de los acontecimientos de la historia, de la cotidianidad, que capta día a día su retina, y que, con su imaginación creativa, la convierte en un agradable cuadro pictórico.
