Proyecto artístico cultural internacional que tendrá lugar en Montería, Córdoba del 23 al 26 de Julio del 2025.FIBAC 2025 es un Festival multicultural que promueve el arte como motor de transformación, unión, y conciencia ecológica. El Lema de este año es “Raíces de Paz, Naturaleza y Cultura en Armonía”, cuya finalidad es impulsar una profunda reflexión sobre nuestro vínculo con el ambiente, la responsabilidad compartida de sensibilizarnos y proteger.

An international artistic and cultural project that will take place in Montería, Córdoba, from July 23 to 26, 2025. FIBAC 2025 is a multicultural festival that promotes art as a driver of transformation, unity, and ecological awareness. This year’s theme is «Roots of Peace, Nature, and Culture in Harmony,» which aims to encourage a profound reflection on our connection with the environment and the shared responsibility to raise awareness and protect it.

CUSTODIA VERDE / GREEN CUSTODY

Esta escultura forma parte del monumento ecológico” Raíces de Paz”, una escultura colectiva construida con materiales reciclados, símbolo vivo de sostenibilidad, colaboración global y cultura. La escultura nace como un llamado a despertar conciencia sobre la urgente necesidad de velar, y cuidar nuestro entorno natural. La Iguana figura central de la obra, representa resiliencia, adaptación y equilibrio además de un homenaje a nuestra fauna como símbolo muy caribe y del ecosistema de Córdoba y su presencia nos invita a reflexionar, habitar sin destruir y convivir sin dominar. Se quiere dejar una huella permanente que inspire el respecto por la vida y la unión, fomentar la participación ciudadana a través de la donación del material reciclable, las futuras generaciones se den cuentan de la importancia de la paz y naturaleza y el valor del arte como custodio del planeta.

This sculpture is part of the ecological monument «Roots of Peace,» a collective sculpture constructed from recycled materials, a living symbol of sustainability, global collaboration, and culture. The sculpture was born as a call to raise awareness about the urgent need to protect and care for our natural environment. The iguana, the central figure of the work, represents resilience, adaptation, and balance, as well as a tribute to our fauna as a very Caribbean symbol and to the Córdoba ecosystem. Its presence invites us to reflect, to inhabit without destroying, and to coexist without dominating. The aim is to leave a permanent mark that inspires respect for life and unity, to encourage citizen participation through the donation of recyclable materials, and to help future generations understand the importance of peace and nature, as well as the value of art as a custodian of the planet.
