Rigoberta Josefina Penagos, I met her many years ago, when she appeared from time to time on the corners of the University of Cartagena. I was just a 4th grade law student, 22 years old. Rigoberta was a ratchet of a female, maybe 30 years old or younger, white, cute, with a fluid conversation, pleasant, with beautiful eyes and a spectacular smile.
