The VI International Poetry Festival (Mexico City and State of Mexico) has started in coordination with Castilla y León Poesía en Tránsito, which has been given life by Álvaro Mata Guillé, Costa Rican-Mexican poet, essayist and theater director, who this year accompanied by poets and artists who come to the call from different countries, pay tribute to the multi-award winning Venezuelan poet Rafael Cadenas.
