La diputada y periodista Claudia Patricia Aaron propuso la reapertura de la Emisora Ondas del Caribe, de la Cadena Radial La Libertad, para que se ejerza ese periodismo libre, incluyente de un medio sin fronteras que sea adalid de grandes campañas cívicas y de construcción de región y ciudadanía.

A través de un documento a la Duma, la diputada pidió la reapertura de la emisora Ondas del Caribe que siempre ha estado al servicio de la comunidad de ese barrio. De hecho, los residentes del sector reconocen la labor que ha tenido la emisora para el bienistar de la comunidad.
